I’m a senior product designer with 12+ years of experience working on complex products in healthcare, insurance, and finance. I enjoy untangling messy systems and turning them into experiences that feel clear, reliable, and human.
Most of my work sits at the intersection of design strategy, usability, and business impact—simplifying workflows, modernizing legacy platforms, and building design systems that teams can scale. Lately, I’ve been designing AI-enabled products, focusing on how to use AI in ways that genuinely help users without adding confusion or noise.
I also care a lot about the people behind the work. I enjoy mentoring designers, collaborating closely with product and engineering partners, and creating space for thoughtful decision-making.
